Job Summary
Lead the store crew by assigning activities, directing operations, and communicating updates when no manager is onsite. Ensure all opening and closing procedures are completed and manage customer relations by greeting shoppers, handling complaints, and maintaining confidentiality. Price merchandise, stock shelves, execute displays, and maintain off-shelf inventory in accordance with weekly promotions and seasonal needs. Requires deductive reasoning, analytical skills, and advanced communication abilities to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnight shifts, and weekends. Full-time role with an anticipated weekly hour commitment of 30.
