Job Summary
Lead store staff by assigning activities, directing operations, and communicating updates when no manager is onsite. Manage opening and closing procedures, handle customer relations issues in accordance with policy, and maintain customer/patient confidentiality. Price merchandise, stock shelves, execute displays, and sign inventory for weekly, promotional, and seasonal items. Reset departments following POGs while ensuring all store operations run smoothly. Requires deductive reasoning, analytical skills, and the ability to work flexible schedules including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts. Full-time position with a base hourly rate of $16.50 - $24.00.
