Job Summary
Lead store operations in the absence of a manager; supervise store crew by directing activities and ensuring opening/closing procedures are completed. Deliver strong customer service by assisting customers, resolving issues, maintaining confidentiality, and promoting CVS customer service culture. Manage merchandising, pricing, stock shelves, displays, and inventory per weekly promotions and planograms. Communicate effectively with store management and crews to ensure smooth operations and a positive shopping experience. Requires deductive reasoning, analytical and computer skills; flexible schedule including overnights and weekends; part-time role with benefits.
Required Qualifications
