Job Summary
Shift Supervisor leads the CVS Store Management team in the absence of a manager to drive store execution and performance, ensuring opening/closing procedures are completed. Responsibilities include supervising store staff, handling customer questions and complaints, promoting CVS customer service culture, maintaining confidentiality, merchandising and inventory control (POG-based displays, signs, stock), and effective internal/external communication. Requires ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights, and weekends; strong deductive/analytical thinking, advanced communication and supervision skills; and computer proficiency. Provides a comprehensive benefits package and supports a positive, safe, and high-quality shopping experience for customers.
