Job Summary
Lead store staff by assigning, directing, and following up on all activities while ensuring smooth operations when no manager is onsite. Communicate effectively between store management and crews, assist customers with questions and complaints, and handle all customer relations issues per company policy. Price merchandise, stock shelves, execute displays, sign inventory, and reset departments following POGs. Maintain customer/patient confidentiality and promote the CVS customer service culture. Work a flexible schedule including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts to cover 29 weekly hours as a part-time position.
