Job Summary
Lead store operations by supervising crew activities, managing opening and closing procedures, and handling customer service inquiries and complaints. Price merchandise, stock shelves, execute displays, and maintain off-shelf inventory while communicating effectively with store management and crews. Ensure all store execution and performance goals are met through direct supervision and adherence to company policies. This part-time role requires working a flexible schedule including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts, with anticipated weekly hours of 29. Base pay ranges from $17.00 to $26.00 per hour, with eligibility for dental, vision, wellness resources, and employee discounts.
