Job Summary
Shift Supervisor at CVS Health drives store execution and customer service in the absence of a manager, leading store staff, ensuring opening/closing procedures, and maintaining a positive shopping experience. Responsibilities include supervising crew, communicating with management and staff, handling customer inquiries and issues, maintaining confidentiality, and executing merchandising and inventory tasks (pricing, displays, weekly promos, and planograms). Strong deductive reasoning, analytical, and computer skills; excellent communication and supervisory abilities; and a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights, and weekends are required.
