Shift Supervisor

Shift Supervisor at CVS Health provides key leadership when store management or Operations Supervisor is unavailable, leads the store staff, executes opening/closing procedures, drives store execution and performance, enhances customer service, maintains inventory and merchandising standards, and communicates effectively with management and crews. Responsibilities include supervising store staff, directing activities, handling customer inquiries and complaints, maintaining confidentiality of patient information, promoting CVS customer service culture, pricing and stocking merchandise, executing displays and weekly/promotional/seasonal merchandise, and ensuring smooth operations and adherence to policies. Flexible scheduling including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts is required. Preferred education is a High School diploma or equivalent.
