Job Summary
Shift Supervisor leads store operations in the absence of a manager, supervises the store crew, assigns and follows up on activities, and ensures opening and closing procedures are completed. Delivers strong customer service, handles customer questions and complaints, maintains confidentiality, and reinforces CVS customer service culture. Responsibilities include supervising staff, merchandising and presentation, stock Shelves, executing displays/mnotations per plans, inventory and sign management, and resetting departments per planograms. Must communicate effectively with store management and crews, adapt to a flexible schedule (early mornings, overnights, weekends), and respond to urgent issues as they arise. Educationally, a high school diploma or equivalent is acceptable; prior retail supervision experience is preferred.
