Job Summary
Lead store operations and supervise crew activities by assigning tasks, directing daily functions, and communicating updates between management and staff. Execute opening and closing procedures, handle customer service inquiries and complaints, and manage merchandise presentation including stocking shelves and executing displays. Maintain customer confidentiality and ensure all store operations run smoothly while supporting the CVS Store Management team in driving performance and consumer loyalty. This part-time role requires flexible scheduling including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts with an anticipated weekly commitment of 29 hours.
