Job Summary
Shift Supervisor at CVS Health responsible for leading store execution, customer service, and supervision in the absence of a manager. Key duties include supervising the store staff, directing activities, communicating with management and crews, assisting customers, maintaining confidentiality, managing merchandise presentation (pricing, stocking, displays, inventory), and resetting departments according to POGs. Requires deductive reasoning, analytical and computer skills, advanced communication and strong supervisory abilities, plus a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights, and weekends. Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required. Anticipated weekly hours: 28; Part-time role with benefits eligibility. Pay range: $17.00-$26.00 hourly.
Required Qualifications
- Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
- Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.
- High School diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required).
