Job Summary
Lead store staff by assigning activities, directing operations, and communicating updates between management and crews when no manager is onsite. Manage opening and closing procedures, handle customer relations issues in accordance with policy, and maintain customer confidentiality. Price merchandise, stock shelves, execute displays, and sign inventory for weekly, promotional, and seasonal items while resetting departments following POGs. Requires deductive reasoning, analytical skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts. Full-time role with 40 weekly hours at a base rate of $16.00 - $23.00.
