Job Summary
Shift Supervisor is a key leader supporting the CVS Store Management team in driving store execution and performance, leading the store staff in the absence of a manager or Operations Supervisor, ensuring opening and closing procedures are completed, and directly delivering customer service, merchandising, and safety standards. Responsibilities include supervising the crew, directing activities, communicating with management and staff, resolving customer issues per policy, stocking and presenting merchandise, executing displays, inventories, and resets per POGs, while maintaining confidentiality and promoting a positive shopping experience for CVS customers.
