Job Summary
Lead store operations by supervising crew activities, assigning tasks, and ensuring smooth execution of opening and closing procedures. Manage customer relations by greeting shoppers, addressing complaints, and maintaining confidentiality while promoting the CVS service culture. Oversee merchandise presentation by pricing items, stocking shelves, executing displays, and resetting departments per policy. Collaborate with store management to drive performance and build consumer loyalty through excellent service. Requires flexible scheduling including early mornings, overnight shifts, and weekends. Part-time role with 29 weekly hours at $16.50–$24.00 hourly.
