Job Summary
Shift Supervisor is a key leader supporting store management in driving store execution and customer service. When no manager or Operations Supervisor is onsite, the Shift Supervisor leads staff, ensures opening/closing procedures, supervises crew, and maintains customer service standards. Responsibilities include supervising staff, effective communication with management and crews, handling customer questions and complaints, maintaining customer confidentiality, managing merchandise presentation and inventory per weekly promotions, and resetting departments according to POGs. Required skills include deductive reasoning, analytical and computer skills, advanced communication and supervision abilities, and the capacity to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights, and weekends. Preferred education is a High School diploma or equivalent.
