Job Summary
Lead store staff by assigning, directing, and following up on all activities while ensuring smooth operations and completion of opening and closing procedures. Communicate effectively with store management and crews, and handle customer relations issues in accordance with company policy to maintain a positive shopping experience. Price merchandise, stock shelves, and execute displays for weekly, promotional, and seasonal items. Maintain customer and patient confidentiality throughout all interactions. Work a flexible schedule including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts, with anticipated weekly hours of 24. This part-time role supports the CVS Store Management team in driving store execution and building consumer loyalty.
