Job Summary
Lead store staff by assigning activities, directing operations, and following up on tasks when no manager is onsite. Manage opening and closing procedures, handle customer questions and complaints in accordance with policy, and maintain customer confidentiality. Price merchandise, stock shelves, execute displays, and sign and inventory weekly, promotional, and seasonal items. Ensure departments are reset following POGs. Work a flexible schedule including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts, with anticipated weekly hours of 29. Base hourly pay ranges from $16.00 to $23.00. This part-time role supports CVS Health's mission to simplify healthcare through excellent customer service and store execution.
