Job Summary
Lead store operations by supervising crew activities, assigning tasks, and communicating with management when no supervisor is onsite. Execute opening and closing procedures, handle customer service inquiries and complaints, and maintain customer confidentiality. Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage promotional displays while ensuring departments are reset following POGs. Requires deductive reasoning, advanced communication skills, and the ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, overnight shifts, and weekends. Anticipated weekly hours are 20.
