Shift Supervisor

Lead store staff by assigning activities, directing operations, and communicating with management when no manager is onsite. Ensure completion of all opening and closing procedures, handle customer service inquiries and complaints in accordance with policy, and maintain customer confidentiality. Price merchandise, stock shelves, execute displays, and manage inventory for weekly, promotional, and seasonal items. Reset departments following POGs. Requires deductive reasoning, analytical skills, and computer proficiency. Work a flexible schedule including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts with potential overtime.
