Job Summary
Lead store staff by assigning activities, directing operations, and communicating updates when no manager is onsite. Execute opening and closing procedures, manage customer relations and complaints per policy, and maintain patient confidentiality. Price merchandise, stock shelves, and execute displays for weekly promotions and seasonal items. Ensure all departments are reset following POGs. Requires deductive reasoning, analytical skills, and computer proficiency. Flexible schedule includes early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts with overtime as needed. Part-time role with 20 weekly hours at $16.00-$23.00 base hourly. Eligible for dental, vision, wellness resources, and employee discounts.
