Job Summary
Lead store staff by assigning activities, directing operations, and communicating updates between management and crews when no manager is onsite. Execute opening and closing procedures, manage customer relations issues in accordance with policy, and ensure merchandise presentation meets standards through pricing, stocking, and display maintenance. Maintain customer and patient confidentiality while promoting the CVS customer service culture. Work a flexible schedule including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts with an anticipated weekly total of 29 hours. This part-time role supports the CVS Store Management team in driving store execution and performance within the health care community.
