Job Summary
Lead store staff and ensure smooth operations by assigning activities, communicating with management, and overseeing opening and closing procedures. Assist customers with questions, handle relations issues per policy, and maintain confidentiality. Price merchandise, stock shelves, execute displays, and manage inventory for weekly, promotional, and seasonal items. Reset departments following POGs. Requires deductive reasoning, analytical and computer skills, plus advanced communication and supervision abilities. Flexible schedule including early morning, overnight, weekend shifts, and overtime. Part-time role with 29 weekly hours at $16.00-$23.00.
