Job Summary
Shift Supervisor leads the store staff in the absence of management, ensuring store execution and customer service excellence. Responsibilities include supervising the crew, directing activities, communicating with store management and crews, assisting customers, maintaining customer confidentiality, merchandising and stocking shelves, executing displays and planogram-driven merchandising, price changes, inventory, and department resets. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights, weekends, and respond to urgent store needs; part-time role with opportunities to participate in benefits programs.
