Shift Supervisor

Supervise the store crew by assigning and directing all activities while communicating effectively with store management. Assist customers by greeting them, answering questions, and handling complaints in accordance with company policy to maintain a positive shopping experience. Price merchandise, stock shelves, execute displays, and sign inventory for weekly, promotional, and seasonal items. Ensure completion of all opening and closing procedures when no manager is onsite. Maintain customer and patient confidentiality throughout all interactions. Work a flexible schedule including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts, with anticipated weekly hours of 20.
