Shift Supervisor

Shift Supervisor is a key leader supporting CVS Store Management in driving store execution and performance while building consumer loyalty to CVS/pharmacy through excellent customer service. When there is no manager or Operations Supervisor onsite, the Shift Supervisor leads the store staff, ensures that store operations run smoothly, and is responsible for completing opening and closing procedures. Responsibilities include supervising the store crew, directing activities, communicating with management and crews, assisting customers, maintaining customer confidentiality, merchandising and presentation (pricing, stocking shelves, displays, weekly promos, and inventory), and ensuring compliance with policies. Requires deductive reasoning, analytical and computer skills, advanced communication and supervision abilities, and a flexible schedule including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts; preferred education is a High School diploma or equivalent.
