Job Summary
Lead store operations and supervise crew activities by assigning tasks, directing daily functions, and communicating updates between management and staff. Manage customer relations by addressing questions, complaints, and issues while maintaining confidentiality and promoting a positive shopping experience. Execute opening and closing procedures, price merchandise, stock shelves, and maintain displays for weekly promotions and seasonal items. Ensure all store operations run smoothly when no manager is onsite. Requires advanced communication and supervisory skills with a flexible schedule including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts. Part-time role with 29 weekly hours at $17.00-$26.00 base hourly rate.
