Job Summary
Lead store operations by supervising crew activities, assigning tasks, and ensuring all opening and closing procedures are completed when no manager is onsite. Manage customer relations by addressing questions, complaints, and policy issues while maintaining confidentiality and promoting a positive shopping experience. Execute merchandise duties including pricing, stocking shelves, and maintaining displays for weekly promotions and seasonal items. Requires deductive reasoning, analytical skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts. This part-time role offers competitive hourly pay ranging from $16.00 to $23.00 and includes benefits such as dental, vision, and wellness resources.
