Job Summary
Lead store operations by supervising crew activities, assigning tasks, and ensuring smooth execution of opening and closing procedures. Manage customer relations by greeting patrons, addressing complaints, and maintaining confidentiality in line with company policy. Handle merchandise duties including pricing, stocking shelves, executing displays, and resetting departments per POGs. Work a flexible schedule including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts with anticipated weekly hours of 24. This part-time role supports the CVS Store Management team in driving store performance and building consumer loyalty through excellent service.
