Job Summary
Shift Supervisor at CVS Health leads store execution and performance in the absence of a manager, guiding store staff to ensure smooth operations and completion of opening/closing procedures. Responsibilities include supervising crew, directing activities, communicating with management and staff, assisting customers and resolving issues per policy, promoting CVS customer service culture, maintaining customer/patient confidentiality, merchandising and presentation duties (pricing, stocking, displays, inventory, weekly/promotional/seasonal items, following POGs), and supporting a shift-driven leadership role with flexible scheduling including early mornings, overnights, and weekends. Requires deductive reasoning, analytical and computer skills, advanced communication and supervision abilities, and the capacity to work a flexible schedule. Preferred education is a High School diploma or equivalent.
