Job Summary
Shift Supervisor at CVS Health leads store execution and performance in the absence of a manager, supervising the crew, directing activities, and ensuring opening/closing procedures are completed. Responsible for customer service, handling customer relations in line with policy, maintaining confidentiality, and promoting a positive shopping experience. Responsibilities include supervising and coordinating store staff, effectively communicating with management and teams, merchandising and presenting merchandise per weekly/promotional/SQ requirements, stocking shelves, executing displays, and resetting departments according to POGs. Required skills include deductive reasoning, analytical thinking, computer proficiency, strong communication, and supervision capabilities, along with the ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights, and weekends.
