Job Summary
Shift Supervisor at CVS Health responsible for supporting Store Management in driving store execution and performance, leading the store staff in the absence of a manager, ensuring opening and closing procedures are completed, and delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities include supervising the crew, communicating with management and crews, assisting customers with questions and issues, maintaining customer confidentiality, handling customer relations per policy, merchandising, pricing, stock, and weekly/promotional/seasonal displays, and resetting departments per POGs. Requires deductive reasoning, analytical and computer skills, advanced communication and supervision abilities, and a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights, and weekends. Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required. Hours: part-time (anticipated 29 hours per week). Pay range: $16.00-$23.00 per hour, with benefits eligibility for part-time employees.
