Job Summary
Lead store execution and performance by supervising crew activities, assigning tasks, and ensuring completion of all opening and closing procedures. Manage customer relations by greeting shoppers, addressing complaints, and maintaining confidentiality while promoting the CVS customer service culture. Execute merchandise duties including pricing, stocking shelves, and maintaining promotional displays. Work a flexible schedule including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts with 40 weekly hours. This full-time role supports the CVS Store Management team in driving store operations and building consumer loyalty across the community.
