Job Summary
Conduct store operations by supervising crew activities, assigning tasks, and ensuring all opening and closing procedures are completed. Manage customer relations by addressing questions, complaints, and policy issues while maintaining confidentiality and promoting the CVS service culture. Execute merchandise duties including pricing, stocking shelves, and maintaining displays for weekly promotions and seasonal items. Work a flexible schedule including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts to respond to urgent store issues. This part-time role supports the CVS Store Management team in driving execution and consumer loyalty.
