Job Summary
Lead store staff by assigning activities, directing operations, and communicating with management when no supervisor is onsite. Ensure all opening and closing procedures complete accurately while managing customer relations, resolving complaints, and maintaining confidentiality. Price merchandise, stock shelves, execute displays, and perform inventory checks for weekly promotions. Requires deductive reasoning, advanced communication skills, and the ability to work flexible early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts. Part-time role with 20 weekly hours at $16.00–$23.00 base hourly. High School diploma preferred.
