Job Summary
Lead store staff by assigning activities, directing operations, and communicating with management when no supervisor is onsite. Execute opening and closing procedures, handle customer relations issues in accordance with policy, and maintain customer confidentiality. Price merchandise, stock shelves, and execute displays for weekly, promotional, and seasonal items while resetting departments following POGs. Requires deductive reasoning, analytical skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts. This part-time role supports the CVS Store Management team in driving store execution and building consumer loyalty.
