Job Summary
Shift Supervisor role at CVS Health with responsibility to lead store operations in the absence of management, supervise store staff, ensure opening/closing procedures, and drive customer service excellence. Key duties include supervising crew, directing activities, communicating with management and crews, assisting customers and resolving inquiries, maintaining customer confidentiality, merchandising and inventory management, executing displays and resets per planograms, and ensuring adherence to policies. Required qualifications include strong deductive reasoning, analytical and computer skills, advanced communication and supervision capabilities, and ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights, and weekends. The position is part-time with a typical pay range of $16.00-$23.00 per hour and benefits eligibility depending on hours and eligibility.
