Job Summary
Supervise the store crew by assigning, directing, and following up on all activities while ensuring smooth operations when no manager is onsite. Manage customer relations by greeting patrons, answering questions, handling complaints, and maintaining confidentiality in accordance with company policy. Execute merchandise tasks including pricing, stocking shelves, and maintaining displays for weekly promotions and seasonal items. Complete all opening and closing procedures and reset departments following POGs. This part-time role requires a flexible schedule including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts with overtime as needed.
