Job Summary
Shift Supervisor leads the store when management is absent, coordinates with store management and crews, supervises daily activities, and ensures opening/closing procedures are completed. Drives store execution and customer service excellence, handles customer relations per policy, maintains confidentiality, and manages merchandise presentation including pricing, stocking, displays, and adherence to weekly/promotional/seasonal plans. Requires deductive reasoning, analytical and communication skills, supervision ability, and a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights, and weekends. Retail supervisory experience and a high school diploma or equivalent are preferred. Part-time role with potential benefits; typical hourly pay range around $19.26, with benefits eligibility depending on hours and location.
