Job Summary
Conduct store operations by supervising crew activities, assigning tasks, and ensuring smooth execution when no manager is onsite. Manage customer relations by greeting patrons, addressing complaints, and maintaining confidentiality in accordance with company policy. Execute merchandise duties including pricing, stocking shelves, and maintaining displays for weekly promotions and seasonal items. Complete all opening and closing procedures while communicating effectively with store management. Work a flexible schedule including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts, with an anticipated 40 hours weekly.
