Job Summary
Lead store operations by supervising crew activities, assigning tasks, and ensuring smooth execution of opening and closing procedures. Manage customer relations by greeting shoppers, addressing complaints, and maintaining confidentiality while promoting the CVS customer service culture. Oversee merchandise presentation by pricing items, stocking shelves, executing displays, and resetting departments following POGs. Collaborate effectively with store management and crews to drive store performance and consumer loyalty. Requires flexible scheduling including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts.
