Shift Supervisor

Lead store operations in the absence of the manager, supervise the store crew, and drive store execution and customer service at CVS Health. Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating activities, communicating with management and crews, handling customer relations in accordance with policy, maintaining confidentiality, managing opening/closing procedures, merchandising and inventory tasks per planograms, and ensuring displays and departments are reset as needed. Requires deductive reasoning, analytical and computer skills, advanced communication and supervisory abilities, and a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights, and weekends; full-time position with benefits.
