Job Summary
Shift Supervisor leads store operations in the absence of a manager, ensuring opening/closing procedures are completed, supervising staff, and delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities include supervising the store crew, directing activities, communicating with management, handling customer questions and issues, maintaining customer confidentiality, merchandising and stock management, executing displays and inventory per planograms, and resetting departments after POS/POG updates. Must demonstrate deductive reasoning, analytical and computer skills, and strong communication and supervision abilities; capable of working a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights, and weekends. Part-time role with a typical pay range of $17.45-$26.45 per hour and comprehensive benefits.
