Job Summary
Shift Supervisor leads store operations in the absence of a manager, supervises staff, ensures opening/closing procedures are completed, and delivers strong customer service to build loyalty. Responsibilities include supervising store crews, directing activities, communicating with management and staff, assisting customers, handling customer relations per policy, maintaining confidentiality, merchandising and stock management, executing displays and inventories, and resetting departments per planogram guidelines (POGs). Requires deductive reasoning, analytical and computer skills, and strong communication and supervision abilities; able to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights, and weekends. Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required. This is a part-time role with pay range $17.00 - $26.00 hourly and benefits eligibility.”,
