Job Summary
Supervise the store crew by assigning activities, directing operations, and following up on tasks when no manager is onsite. Manage customer relations by greeting patrons, handling complaints, and maintaining confidentiality while promoting the CVS service culture. Execute merchandise duties including pricing, stocking shelves, and maintaining displays for weekly promotions and seasonal items. Complete all opening and closing procedures and ensure store operations run smoothly. Work a flexible schedule including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts, with anticipated weekly hours of 15. This part-time role supports the CVS Store Management team in driving store execution and performance.
