Job Summary
Shift Supervisor at CVS Health leading store operations when a manager/Operations Supervisor is not onsite, ensuring opening/closing procedures are completed, supervising the store crew, and maintaining customer service standards. Responsibilities include supervising staff, communicating with management and crews, handling customer questions/complaints while upholding policy, maintaining confidentiality, merchandising and inventory tasks (pricing merchandise, stocking shelves, executing displays, and resetting departments per POGs), and ensuring store performance and customer loyalty through a positive shopping experience. Required: deductive reasoning, analytical and computer skills, strong communication and supervisory abilities, and flexibility to work early mornings, overnights, and weekends. Preferred: High School diploma or equivalent. Part-time role with a pay range of $16.50-$24.00 per hour.
