Job Summary
Lead store staff by assigning activities, directing operations, and communicating with management when no supervisor is onsite. Execute opening and closing procedures, handle customer service inquiries and complaints, and maintain customer confidentiality. Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage weekly displays and inventory while ensuring all promotional and seasonal items are executed correctly. Requires advanced communication and supervision skills to drive store execution and performance. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts, with a weekly commitment of 25 hours. Pay ranges from $17.00 to $26.00 per hour.
