Job Summary
Lead store execution and performance by supervising crew activities, assigning tasks, and communicating directly with store management. Handle all customer relations issues, including questions, problems, and complaints, while maintaining confidentiality and promoting a positive shopping experience. Execute opening and closing procedures, price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage inventory for weekly, promotional, and seasonal displays. Ensure departments are reset following POGs and maintain off-shelf merchandise standards. Work a flexible schedule including early morning, overnight, weekend shifts, and overtime as needed to respond to urgent store issues.
