Job Summary
Shift Supervisor at CVS Health leads store staff in the absence of a manager to ensure store execution and performance, deliver excellent customer service, manage opening/closing procedures, and supervise crew. Responsibilities include supervising the store’s crew, communicating with management and staff, handling customer questions and issues, maintaining customer confidentiality, and executing merchandising, inventory, and displays according to weekly promotions and plans. Requires deductive reasoning, analytical and computer skills, advanced communication and supervision abilities, and a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights, and weekends. Part-time position with base pay range $16.50-$24.00 hourly; benefits available. Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
