Job Summary
Lead store operations by supervising crew activities, assigning tasks, and ensuring smooth execution of opening and closing procedures. Manage customer service by greeting shoppers, handling complaints in accordance with company policy, and maintaining patient confidentiality. Execute merchandise duties including pricing, stocking shelves, and maintaining promotional displays. Work flexible shifts including early mornings, overnight, and weekends to respond to urgent issues. Apply deductive reasoning and advanced communication skills to drive store performance and build consumer loyalty. Part-time role with 24 weekly hours at $19.92 hourly.
