Job Summary
Shift Supervisor at CVS Health supporting store management to drive store execution and customer service excellence. Leads store staff when managers are unavailable, ensures opening/closing procedures are completed, supervises crew, communicates with management and crews, handles customer relations per policy, and maintains confidentiality. Responsibilities include supervising merchandise presentation, stock, displays, inventories, and adherence to weekly promotions and planogram guidance. Required skills include deductive reasoning, analytical ability, computer proficiency, strong communication and supervisory capabilities, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills
- Advanced communication skills and supervision skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts
- Experience as a retail supervisor
